I then stamped the border and girl from School days plate 1 - the border is on tissue paper. I did have a go at grunge paste painting - OMG how difficult is this ? in the end I edged the shapes I cut in paste and painted, gilded and dotted with liquid pearls. In end I quite pleased how all the bits came together.
Another gorgeous project! It's a beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful little piece of art!
ReplyDeleteThis is exquisite, Sarah! I love the colours, the composition and that lady is such a lovely image! Painting with GP isn't easy to get absolutely perfect like Liz did, is it? Julie Ann xx
ReplyDeleteGreat job, turned out lovely.
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous Sarah, I love your liquid pearls xx
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely make, Sarah - love the pearly accents and the stencilled background looks fab! I haven't had a chance to try, but guessed the painting with GP wouldn't be as easy as Liz made it look!!
ReplyDeleteJust hopped over to say thank you for your lovely words on my PaperArtsy projects earlier this month. Sorry I'm so late catching up!
