Over at PaperArtsy Sue has made a gorgeous Mother's Day card. I've taken inspiration from this to make a little hanging picture. I'd got crackle glaze with-drawal so had to include this as my background instead of stencilling.
I've stamped and cut out flowers in similar colours though - adding some toning buttons as centres. I've added a couple of stamped moths/butterflies to the background and some orange foil leaves to add interest.
Oh, it's lovely! The crackle goes perfectly too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous that background sets off the flowers beautifully.
ReplyDeleteit's lovely and the crackle background is great with the flowers.
